Membership Information

Reminder: Current year's memberships expire on December 31. Do renew your memberships in December or by January 15 the following year to guarantee timely receipt of the JCLTA and Newsletter.

CLTA Membership Renewal and Information Update

Current CLTA members can use the online payment system at member.clta-us.org to renew their membership. (This capability was added to the CLTA website on 19 March 2007.) Alternatively, download, print and mail the Membership Form (PDF file) with payment to CLTA headquarters for membership renewal. CLTA members can also use the online membership database at member.clta-us.org to check their membership status online. At the same time, they can update the information in their personal record in the membership database.

While CLTA members can make various corrections and changes (e.g., address change, etc.) to their personal record in the CLTA membership database, there are, nonetheless, two changes that individual members cannot make on their own, and these are: (1) changes in EMAIL ADDRESS, and (2) changes (or corrections) in PERSONAL NAME (surname or given name), including adding of a Chinese name to your record. Please contact CLTA membership manager at info@clta-us.org for assistance.

Becoming a Member of CLTA

To join CLTA and become a CLTA member, there are two options for membership application and payment, digitally online or via mail-in application:

CLTA Online Application
Apply to become a CLTA member online at register.clta-us.org.
Note: CLTA members who are already in the CLTA database can simply check online at member.clta-us.org to determine their membership status (current or expired, for example), and renew their annual membership dues online or via mail-in payment using the Membership Form (PDF file).
CLTA Mail-in Application
Download, print and mail the Membership Form (PDF file) with payment to Headquarters. The Membership Form may also be used for renewing one's CLTA membership.
